Annual renewal. Sponsored Native elite runners must apply for an annual renewal by demonstrating consistent progress towards becoming an Olympic competitor and must submit updated personal and athletic biographies.

Role of an assisted runner. Runner must adhere to the Athlete Code of Conduct as set by the Board of Directors, submit a training and competition schedule and budget of expenses, provide documented community service, and report performance/race results to the Board of Directors every quarter. Failure to comply with these expectations may jeopardize current and future sponsorship by Nideiltihi Native Elite Runners, Inc.

Termination. Assisted runners may be terminated by the majority vote of the Board of Directors if runners display behavior unbecoming of an Olympic ™ hopeful or of a positive role model and fail to demonstrate continual competitive progress in USA Track & Field certified and sanctioned running events. NNER reserves the right to terminate athlete support at any time.

Appeals. Decisions by the Board of Directors for the initial acceptance, continuation, or termination of a sponsored elite runner are final and are not subjected to appeal. However, a runner may have the opportunity to present his/her individual case to the Board of Directors before final decisions are motioned by the Board of Directors.
